BBQ Beef

I wanted an easy, delicious recipe to use the roast that was sitting in my fridge and needed to be used.  But I didn't want to just make a roast.  So I decided to make some kind of BBQ beef in the slow cooker.

You're going to need:
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of white vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons of worchestershire
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper
1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of salt

Add it all to a mixing bowl and whisk it together.

Add the liquid to the crock pot, I used a 1.4lb roast.

Set on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Shred after done cooking.

Serve on rolls or Texas toast, like we did.  This recipe is based off a recipe from Taste of Home.
